The Flickin’ Bean was brewed to break the rules. Born in North Collins, NY, our mobile café serves up handcrafted coffee with a flickin’ edge — bold brews, sultry vibes, and a whole lot of attitude. Inspired by fierce, feminine energy, our brand is moody, sexy, and unapologetically different.
But coffee is just the beginning.
We’re also the curators behind Flickin’ Affairs — a specialty catering + event styling experience featuring luxe charcuterie boards, decadent grazing tables, and intimate affair packages. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, a corporate shindig, or just need a flickin’ good excuse to gather, we bring the flavor and the fire.
We’re building a movement, not a customer base — and if you’re here, you’re already one of us.

THE HEART BEHIND THE FLICK
I’ve never been the type to blend in.
I wasn’t built for quiet dreams or watered-down ambition.
My whole life, I’ve felt this pull — this fire — urging me to create something real, something bold, something that makes people stop and feel again.
I’ve worked hard. Harder than most people know. I’ve managed businesses, led teams, pushed through days that would break others, and kept showing up because something in me refused to settle. But all that work… it wasn’t just for success.
It was for connection.
For people.
For belonging.
I’ve seen how the world tries to divide us — how labels, rules, and “political correctness” keep people walking on eggshells instead of walking toward each other. And I wanted to build a space that cuts through all that noise. A space where you can breathe, laugh too loud, be honest, be messy, be human.
That’s why I created The Flickin’ Bean.
Why “The Flickin’ Bean”?
Well… I wanted a name people would remember.
I considered “Alisha’s Coffee Truck,” but honestly? Snooze.
So I went with something that sounds like your best friend came up with it at 2AM after one too many "espresso" shots.
It’s harmless. It’s hilarious.
No offense intended — just a perfectly roasted wink in your direction.
It’s the kind of name your grandma will ask about — and then pretend she totally gets.
And hey… if a single coffee truck can make people giggle and caffeinate them?
We’re doing something right.
It’s not just a coffee truck. It’s not just a brand.
It’s a sanctuary wrapped in caffeine and attitude — a place where people can show up exactly as they are and feel at home.
I believe life is too short to pretend.
Too short to hide pieces of ourselves.
Too short to not chase something wild, different, and beautifully ours.
Everything I pour into this business comes from that place —
from loyalty, from passion, from faith,
and from a fierce desire to give people a space where they feel seen, welcomed, and understood.
This is more than my story.
It’s the beginning of something bigger — a movement, a family, a community of people who just want to belong somewhere real.
