Alisha is the heart, hustle, and high-octane force behind The Flickin’ Bean. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and years of hands-on experience running Josif’s Bar & Grill and North Collins Wine & Liquor, she’s no stranger to managing chaos with charm.
Equal parts coffee-slinger, event curator, and brand visionary, Alisha created The Flickin’ Bean to break the rules of coffee culture. Her goal? To serve caffeine with attitude — and give Buffalo a mobile experience it didn’t know it needed.
When she’s not behind the espresso machine or assembling a jaw-dropping charcuterie spread, she’s dreaming up the next phase: The Future Flickin’ Bar — a dark, sexy café-meets-cocktail-lounge coming soon.
